Colin’s 60th Birthday

April 22 (Good Friday) was my brother Colin’s 60th Birthday.

We had a really good day together with all the family – us, my sister, Colin’s & Sue and all our families. It was good to be together – something which we don’t get to do as often as we would like.

Jill and I had to return home early to pack up for our departure tomorrow for Europe and we will miss the remainder of the celebrations which will continue into the evening.

Happy Birthday Colin!

This was the house in which Jill’s grandfather lived whilst he served as the Inspector of Police in the town from around 1931 to 1938. It appears that the police stopped […]
