Isle of Skye

Today was an easy day as we travelled around the northern part of the Isle of Skye.

When we left our B&B (Grasmhore, near Portree) this morning, the temperature was 5 degrees. Over the day it warmed up to 11 degrees. We had frequent rain showers, squalls and hail throughout the day, which were interspersed with periods of sunshine. A very strong wind made walking difficult, and in some locations, even hard to open the car door.
