Meeting Colonel Sanders

Colonel Sanders

Jill & I met Colonel Harland Sanders (yes, the real Colonel) at the time when I was working for Kentucky Fried Chicken as a Personnel Manager in 1976.

This picture was taken at a company dinner at the Hilton Hotel in Melbourne.

I think at the time that this picture was taken, we would have been in our late twenties and married for perhaps three or four years.

Oh, to be so young and with so much hair again!

You can find a brief history of the Colonel here.
