Photo Tours and Workshops

During May, I have participated in two workshops run by a Melbourne based professional landscape photographer, Mark Gray. I wanted to hone my picture taking skills before heading off on my trip to the Arctic and I am very happy with the amount that I learnt and the photos that I took.

On both days, Mark took a small group of six people to some very scenic spots and gave us ample time to photograph and experiment with our technique. His technical sessions were good and his personal coaching helped me to improve my skills.

We spent one day in the Dandenongs taking photos of autumn colours and the second day at various places around Melbourne.

It’s an enormous space where images are projected onto the walls and suspended screens in a wonderful display of action and colour. We […]
